Corporate Consultancy
Corporate Consultancy work involves special
projects and in house financial management (CFO). The project
or role is dependent on specific needs of the organisation at
the time.
Often, a project will require completion within a set time
frame. Other projects may require advice on a new, improved and
more efficient way of managing certain tasks. Some may involve
delivery of a specific result.
In all instances, Minnik aims to simplify, educate and add
value.

Report on value |
Clients save time and money through increased understanding
of their financial position and improved efficiency. With each
specific project, and over time, clients are able to recognise
valuable changes to overall performance - business and personal
- tangible and intangible.
Family Groups and Individuals
Family groups are often associated with small
business, but not always. Value add in this area is usually centred
around organisation of financial affairs and taxation issues.
Once again, keeping matters as simple as possible, whilst
meeting the client's goals is the primary focus. Education is
very important for this group and often not adequately addressed.
Testimonials
"... Leah Oliver's service has far exceeded my expectations.
Leah takes the time to make sure you understand the situation,
while working efficiently to achieve the required results quickly.
Finally, I've found an accountant who is prepared to give advice
and add value by making it simpler rather than complicating things
..." - Kirsty Hayes
"... Leah Oliver was appointed Chartered Accountant for
the Repipe group of entities in 2005. At the time we were experiencing
difficulties with our provider, who was not actively involved
in our business. Leah attended to our affairs in every area from
cleaning up the books to a corporate restructure and winding
up of dormant entities. Leah considered our personal positions
and worked to ensure they were tax effective. Our accounting
function now operates without disruption since we understand
what is required. We have reliable financials available at any
time, year end is efficient, and we are able to plan and make
decisions that enhance the performance of our business ..."
- Jeannine Smith, Director, Repipe Connection Pty
Limited.
"In my experience, clients often approach me stating
that their service provider rewrites history, or is simply a
processor of numbers ... It is my primary aim to bring consistent
improvements and value add to my client's affairs, such that
they are continually excelling in their chosen field, not getting
lost in the paperwork, and never losing sight of their ultimate
goals."
